As part of the historical documentation section of the report, it was discovered that for a period of time a Shell Station was located on the SE corner of the site on what is now a paved area being used for parking. The records are inconclusive if the gas station tanks were ever removed and so a Phase II ESA was recommended to verify tank removal. Attached to this report is a proposal from Phifer Environmental Services to perform a limited Phase II report on the site specific to site assessment for the corner parcel. The proposal amount is for Seven Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($7,275.00) and staff requests favorable approval of this request. What We Do Today Makes A Difference!
