If the dog gets out again and <br />bites another dog or person it would be the cities liability. <br />- Todd: Check 5 -97 5 <br />- Becky: Even if going by 5 -97 5 she still has to appeal within 10 days to circuit court <br />- Eamy: Talk to Stephanie for Legal advice <br />- Emily: Certified mail? <br />- Todd: We will send one certified and one will be hand delivered <br />New Business: <br />- Becky: Dec. 5d' Rain Dog Prance <br />- Judging, Kylee from DTSB taking care of permits, floats with donation jars, route: <br />Jefferson, Michigan, to gridiron <br />- FB Events: 2nd Annual Rain Dog Prance <br />- Adoptions (dogs being walked) <br />
