SWEARING IN OF COMMISSIONERS <br />Ms. Jones noted that neither the Mayor nor the <br />Common Council have made their 2009 <br />appointments to the Commission, so there will be <br />no swearing in at this time. Commissioners serve <br />until they resign or a new Commissioner is named <br />to replace them. <br />3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Ms. Jones conducted the election of officers. <br />PRESIDENT <br />Ms. King nominated Ms. Marcia Jones to serve as <br />President of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. The nomination was seconded by Mr. <br />Varner. There were no further nominations. The vote <br />being unanimous, Ms. Marcia Jones was elected <br />President for 2009. <br />VICE PRESIDENT <br />Ms. Jones nominated Mr. David Varner to serve as Vice <br />President of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />No COMMISSIONERS WERE SWORN IN AT THIS TIME <br />ELE('TION OF OFFICERS FOR 2009 <br />
