These lots are to the west of the St. Vincent De Paul property. <br />To make the SVDP property more marketable, and to split off the current retention pond on <br />the site, replatting these parcels will allow a buffer between Unity Gardens and any reuse of <br />the SVDP property. <br />This proposal will provide survey and replat services to prepare a Two Lot / One Outlot Minor <br />Subdivision Replat. <br />The cost for the preparation of the Subdivision Replat, all required paper work, setting of <br />property corners, attendance at required Plat Committee meetings, filing and recording fees <br />is $5,875. Revisions by reviewing agencies could incur additional costs. <br />Staff requests approval of this proposal in a not -to- exceed of $6,000. <br />227 W. JEFFERSON BLVD.
