Relos: <br />Nlav 9, 2014 <br />Please accept this letter as our written cost estimate to provide the City of South Bend with following <br />Surrey services: <br />1). Prepare a 2 ].or, I Outlot Nfuhor Subdivision for the properties located on the south side of Ardmore <br />Trail West of the Saint Vincent De Paul facility'. This 2 Lot, 1 Outlot Nlinor Subdivision would be prepared in <br />accordance with the City of South Bend Subdivision Control Ordinances. The subdivision would create a lot <br />adjacent to the St. Vincent De Paul facility, a lot for the Unity Garden complex and an Outlet for an existing <br />fenced in retention basin located along Ardmore Trail. Access for the two lots could be off of Ardmore Trail <br />or Prast Blvd. depending on approval from Cit' Engineering. <br />The cost for the preparation of this 3 Lot Nlinor Subdivision including the staking of all new lot <br />corners would be ................................................................. ............................... S 5,450: <br />The filing fees would be approximately- S 425, which are separate from the above survey costs. <br />If any revisions were requested by any review agency or the Cin-, those revisions would be done at our <br />standard hourly rates. We would suggest budgeting 15'(, for requested changes. Any additional work would be <br />done at our standard hourly- rates which are attached.
