Lafayette (Hamilton Towing) <br />Of the three Hamilton properties acquired, two have been cleaned and cleared and are <br />now ready for development. The one remaining property, at 917 S. Lafayette, is <br />currently occupied by Hamilton, who has possession until June 2014. <br />To plan for the eventual clearance of this site, an Asbestos Containing Materials Survey <br />must be completed. The results of this inspection will then be incorporated into the <br />demo specs that will be prepared. <br />Staff requests approval of this Professional Services Agreement with JPR, in a not -to- <br />exceed amount of $1,500, to allow the asbestos inspection report to be completed. <br />221 w.
