There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Ms. Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, President <br />Mr. Jose Alvarez, Secretary <br />Member Absent: Mr. Cleo Washington <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mr. Donald Inks, Director <br />Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary <br />Z. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />• A. Approval of the Minutes of December 4, 2000 <br />Ms. Pfotenhauer had. asked at the last meeting that the minutes indicate that the claims <br />have been reviewed and approved by Ms. Catherine Roemer, Controller and Mr. Don <br />Inks, Director, and would like that addition to the minutes. <br />Upon a motion by Jose Alvarez, seconded by Carolyn Pfotenhauer, and unanimously <br />carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of , 2000 with the <br />addition requested added. <br />3. CLAIMS <br />A.
