Crediting of certain Wells Fargo Funds <br />Ms. Pfotenhauer stated that the letter from Carolyn Davis of Wells Fargo <br />indicated that funds held in the sinking fund for interest and principal had not <br />been credited to the City in relation to the Morris Performing Arts Center. <br />Mr. Inks said that $56,017.42 will be credited 1/28/01, and the Authority could <br />deduct its trustee fees from that amount and part or all of the lease payment in <br />2001. Later in the year, $86,749.58 will be transferred to the sinking fund for the <br />lease payment due 7/28/01 and payment to bond holders. The City Controller said <br />it was appropriate to take this action, and that we should draft a letter explaining <br />how they are to proceed. Mr. Inks said he would work with Mr. Rampola on the <br />letter. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Alverez, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer, and with the <br />recommendation from Baker and Daniels, the Authority approved the transfer of <br />funds. <br />• H:\WPDATA\P.UTHORTY\122000.min.wpd <br />
