SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />RESCHEDULED ANNUAL ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING <br />AND REGULAR MEETING <br />January 24, 2000 1308 County-City Building <br />1:30 p.m. 227 West Jefferson Boulevard <br />Presiding: Ms. Carolyn Pfotenhauer South Bend, IN 46601 <br />The January 24, 2000 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at <br />1:37 p.m. by its President, Carolyn Pfotenhauer. There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Ms. Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, President <br />Mr. Matthew Kahn, Vice-President <br />Mr. Jose Alvarez, Secretary <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Ann E. Kolata, Director <br />Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary <br />• <br />2. SWEARING IN OF AUTHORITY MEMBERS <br />The Swearing in of Authority Members will be delayed until the next meeting after the <br />Mayor makes his appointments for the year 2000. <br />3. ELECTION OF NEW OFFICERS <br />The Election of New Officers will be delayed until the next meeting. <br />4. SETTING OF MEETING DATES AND TIMES FOR 2000 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by Mr. Alvarez, and unanimously carried the <br />Authority designated the 1St and 3rd Monday of each month at 1:30 p.m. for regular <br />meetings. <br />5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a.
