There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Ms. Carolyn Pfotenhauer, Vice-President <br />Mr. Andre Gammage, Secretary <br />Mr. Jose A. Alvarez, Member <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Ann Kolata <br />Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary <br />Mr. Owen Rock <br />3. Election of Officers <br />• Due to the resignation of Mr. Ladewski, and the appointment of Mr. Alvarez to the <br />Redevelopment Authority, an election of officers was in order. <br />PRESIDENT <br />Mr. Gammage nominated Ms. Pfotenhauer to serve as President of the Redevelopment <br />Authority. Mr. Alvarez seconded the nomination. There were no additional nominations. <br />The vote being unanimous, Ms. Pfotenhauer was elected President for the remainder of <br />1998. <br />VICE-PRESIDENT <br />Mr. Alverez nominated Mr. Gammage to serve as Vice-President of the Redevelopment <br />Authority. Ms. Pfotenhauer seconded the nomination. There were no additional <br />nominations. The vote being unanimous, Mr. Gammage was elected Vice-President for <br />the remainder of 1998. <br />SECRETARY <br />Mr. Gammage nominated Mr. Alvarez to serve as Secretary of the Redevelopment <br />Authority.
