Jefferson Boulevard <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />The September 19, 1997 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at <br />3:35 p.m. by its Vice-President, Carolyn Pfotenhauer. There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Ms. Carolyn Pfotenhauer, Vice President <br />Mr. Eugene Ladewski, Secretary <br />Member Absent: Mr. Andre Gammage, President <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Ann Kolata, Director <br />Mrs. Vangelean Urbanski, Recording Secretary <br />• <br />a. Approval of Minutes of the Special Meeting of Thursday, August 14,1997. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Ladewski, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer and carried, the <br />Authority approved the Minutes of the Special Meeting of Thursday, August <br />14, 1997. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />3. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Authority approval requested for Easement Agreement and Release of <br />Easement with the St. Joseph County Airport Authority in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />Ms. Kolata explained that this Easement Agreement releases the old easement <br />between the Redevelopment Authority and the St. Joseph County Airport <br />Authority. The Easement Agreement establishes the new easement location <br />because the construction of the ramps from the St. Joseph Valley Parkway onto <br />the Intersection requires that the easement be relocated. <br />• <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Ladewski, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer and carried, the <br />Authority approved the Easement Agreement and Release of Easement with the <br />St. Joseph County Airport Authority in the Airport Economic Development Area. <br />-1- <br />
