'~,- <br />• <br />South Bend Redevelopment Authority <br />Regular Meeting -September 19, 1997 <br />Mr. Ladewski asked Ms. Kolata if this piece of property has anything to do with <br />the piece of property that will possibly be used for possible construction of a <br />casino. He also asked if the St. Joseph County Airport Authority and the <br />Redevelopment Authority property will be adjacent to the property for a possible <br />casino. Ms. Kolata stated that this easement would come from the north along the <br />west side of the Airport property. Mr. Ladewski noted that he opposes to a casino <br />being built in the Airport Economic Development Area. Ms. Kolata noted that <br />this road couldn't possibly handle casino traffic and is not constructed for casino <br />traffic. <br />4. CLAIMS <br />Claims submitted for approval for September 19, 1997. <br />Blackthorn Golf Course <br />Norwest Bank Indiana, N.A. $1,132.00 <br />Hall of Fame <br />Moody's Investors Service $5,000.00 <br />• <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Ladewski, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer and carried, the Authority <br />approved the Claims submitted September 19, 1997, for approval. <br />5. NEXT MEETING DATE: <br />The next meeting of the Redevelopment Authority is scheduled for Friday, October <br />3, 1997 at 3:30 p.m. <br />6. ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Authority, Mr. <br />Ladewski made a motion that the meeting be adjourned.
