Jefferson Boulevard <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />The July 19, 1995 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at <br />4:45 p.m. by its President, Joseph Wroblewski. There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: <br />Members Absent: <br />Redevelopment Staff: <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINiJTES <br />Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, President <br />Mr. Andre B. Gammage, Vice-President <br />Ms. Mary O. Ferlic, Secretary <br />Mr. James Riggs, Economic Dev. Specialist <br />Mrs. Cheryl Phipps, Recording Secretary <br />a. Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 7, 1995. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Wroblewski, seconded by Mr. Gammage and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular <br />Meeting of June 7, 1995. <br />3. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Authority approval requested for Distribution Easement to Indiana <br />Michigan Power. (South Bend Central Development Area) <br />Mr. Riggs explained that Indiana Michigan Power has experienced problems <br />with their distribution system in the Monroe Park area, particularly in the <br />industrial park south of the residential area. They have asked for an easement <br />on a parcel of land that the Redevelopment Authority owns near the corner of <br />South Street and Carrol Street in order to relocate their power lines and solve <br />the problem. The easement is along the alley. <br />• -1- <br />
