Jefferson Boulevard <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />The September 30, 1993 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to <br />order at 4:35 by its President, Joseph Wroblewski. Specialist <br />Media: <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Mr. Thom Howell, U-93 <br />a. Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Thursday September 2, 1993. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular <br />Meeting of Thursday, September 2, 1993. <br />3. NEW BUSINESS - <br />a. Authority approval requested for proposal from Ken Herceg & Associates for <br />design services related to F Jay Nimtz Parkway/Foundation Drive intersection <br />in the Airport Economic Development Area. <br /> <br />Mr. Riggs explained that when we put the F. Jay Nimtz Parkway out for bid, <br />the original design included a cul-de-sac at the dead end of Old Cleveland <br />Road. A lot of the residents were concerned that their property values would <br />be decreased due to poor access to their property. So we have changed our <br />plan to omit the cul-de-sac and keep Old Cleveland Road open a little further <br />east and adding a stub road which would line up with Foundation Drive in the <br />
