Nussbaum II <br />Mrs. Ann Kolata, Director <br />Mrs. Cheryl Phipps, Office Manager <br />Thom Howell, U-93 <br />Don Porter, South Bend Tribune <br />a. _Apnroval of Minutes of the Special Meeting of Thursday. <br />March 26. 1992. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski <br />and unanimously carried, the Authority approved the <br />Minutes of the Special Meeting of Thursday, March 26, <br />1992. <br />• <br />3. .NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Authority approval requested for proposal for <br />professional services related to the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Cole Associates is the engineer <br />for the Nimtz Parkway. We are having some additional <br />work done to the west of the original proposal. Cole is <br />also doing the engineering for that additional work. In <br />order to do that work they need to have soil borings <br />done. Shilts Graves has submitted a proposal to do those <br />soil borings for $1,460. We could hire Shilts Graves <br />directly or through Cole Associates which would raise the <br />-1- <br />
