Approval of Minutes of the Special Meeting of Thursday, September 12, <br />1991. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Gamnage and unarasly <br />carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Special Meeting of <br />Thursday, September 12, 1991. <br />3. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Staff report on acquisition of ,property in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />There was no report at this time. <br />b. Authority approval requested for Residential Lease with Rita Freel <br />for property located at 24269 Old Cleveland Road in the Airport <br />ECOnCmiC Develogrn~zt Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this lease is required because Rita Freel is a <br />tenant in the property the Authority purchased from John Wendt and <br />• Sons. The provisions under the lease are that she would continue to <br />pay $250 per month, the same as she paid to Mr. Wendt, beginning <br />October 1, 1991. The term of the lease is September 17, 1991 to <br />December 31, 1991. <br />-1- <br />
