Freel that any rent not paid will be <br />deducted fran her relocation benefits. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gamnage, seconded by lam'. Fewell and unanimously <br />carried, the Authority approved the Residential Lease with Rita Freel <br />for property located at 24269 Old Cleveland Road in the Airport <br />ECOnaniC Developtreazt Area. <br />b. Authority approval requested for Residential Lease with Richard <br />Bradford and Helen Bradford for property located at 5821 W. Old <br />Cleveland Road in the Airport Econanic Develogrnszt Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this lease was signed by the Bradforrls at <br />their real estate closing. The terms of the lease are that the <br />Bradfords may live rent free at the property from September 21, 1991 <br />through April 30, 1992. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gaimsge, seconded by Mr. Fewell and unanimously <br />carried, the Authority approved the Residential Lease with Richard <br />Bradford and Helen Bradford for property located at 5821 W. Old <br />Cleveland Road in the Airport EconaniC Devela~xrent Area. <br />4.
