Approval of Minutes of the Special Meeting of Thurscay, March 29, 1990. Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. McCullough and unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Special Meeting of Thursday, March 29, 1990. 3. NEW ~JSINFSS a. Authority approval requested for Resolution No. 20, a resolution of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority accepting the transfer of certain real property from the South Bend Board of Public Works the South Bend Board of Park Commissioners, the Citv of South Bend, and the Citv of South Bend Department of Redevelopment. • Mrs. Kolata e~lained that the Redevelopment Authority must hold title to all of the property which will be improved with the 1990 TIF bond funds. The City of South Bend, the Board of Public Works, the Park Departa~nent and the South Bend Redevelopment Corrnnission have each authorized the transfer of their property to the Redevelopment Authority. With Resolution No. 20 the Redevelopment Authority accepts the transfer. Attached as exhibits to the resolution are the Quit Claim Deeds from each of the agencies.
