r <br />Conmiission for the Monroe Park residential properties. We will come back to <br />the Authority with another resolution to accept those at a later date. <br />Mr. Fewell asked if the legal descriptions in the deeds had been thoroughly <br />checked. Mrs. Kolata responded that they have and that, to the best of our <br />• knowledge, they are correct. <br />Mr. Hill explained that the reason this resolution is being acted upon today <br />is that we would not want to proceed with the closing unless we are certain <br />the projects could be accomplished. Holding the deeds to a majority of the <br />property provides that certainty. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. McCullough, seconded by Mr. Fewell and u~nianimously <br />carried, the Authority approved Resolution No. 20, a resolution of the South <br />Bend Redevelopment Authority acxepting the transfer of certain real property <br />freon- the South Bend Board of Public Works, the South Bend Board of Park <br />Connnissioners, the City of South Bend, and the City of South Bend Department <br />of Redevelopment. <br />4. <br />There being no further business to <br />motion that the meeting be adjourned. <br />meeting was adjourned at 10:45 a.m. <br />W b ~ - VL. <br />• ph W.
