M ; ~. ~ RESOLUTION NO. 65 • ~, RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY APPROVING AND ACCEPTING TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY FROM THE ST. JOSEPH. COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY WHEREAS, the St. Joseph County Airport Authority (hereinafter the "Airport Authority"), a governmental entity, is 'the owner of a parcel of real property, situated in St. Joseph County, Indiana., and being more particularly described as follows: A part of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 2O, the South Half (S 1/2) of Section 21, and the North Half (1/2) of .Section 28, Township 38 North, Range 2 East, German Township, St. Joseph. County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: • r: Commencing at the Southwest corner of .the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 20; thence North 00°.19'53" West, along the West line of said quarter section, 2135.00 feet; thence North 89°40'47" East 78.50 feet to the True Point of neginning of this description; thence North 00°19'53" West 40.0.0 feet; thence North 89°4Q'07" East 1185.91 feet to the point. of curvature of a tangent curve to the right having a radius of 840.00 feet,. and ~. central angle of 42°38'Q7";: thence southerly and easterly along said curve 625.07 feet.; thence South 47°41'46" East 2240.92 feet to the point of curvature of a tangent curve to the left: having a radius of 1554.00 feet,.-and a central angle of 42°55'57"; thence southerly and easterly along said curve 1164.43 feet; thence North 89°22'1T° East parallel to the South Line. of the Southwest.
