M ; <br />~. ~ <br />RESOLUTION NO. 65 <br />• <br />~, RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY APPROVING AND ACCEPTING TRANSFER OF REAL <br />PROPERTY FROM THE ST. JOSEPH. COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY <br />WHEREAS, the St. Joseph County Airport Authority (hereinafter the <br />"Airport Authority"), a governmental entity, is 'the owner of a parcel <br />of real property, situated in St. Joseph County, Indiana., and being <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />A part of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of <br />Section 2O, the South Half (S 1/2) of Section 21, <br />and the North Half (1/2) of .Section 28, Township <br />38 North, Range 2 East, German Township, St. <br />Joseph. County, Indiana, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />• <br />r: <br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of .the <br />Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 20; thence <br />North 00°.19'53" West, along the West line of said <br />quarter section, 2135.00 feet; thence North <br />89°40'47" East 78.50 feet to the True Point of <br />neginning of this description; thence North <br />00°19'53" West 40.0.0 feet; thence North 89°4Q'07" <br />East 1185.91 feet to the point. of curvature of a <br />tangent curve to the right having a radius of <br />840.00 feet,. and ~. central angle of 42°38'Q7";: <br />thence southerly and easterly along said curve <br />625.07 feet.; thence South 47°41'46" East 2240.92 <br />feet to the point of curvature of a tangent curve <br />to the left: having a radius of 1554.00 feet,.-and a <br />central angle of 42°55'57"; thence southerly and <br />easterly along said curve 1164.43 feet; thence <br />North 89°22'1T° East parallel to the South Line. of <br />the Southwest.
