Early in 2012 we met with several companies at the Bosch site to show the <br /> property and see if it could meet their needs. In many cases we needed information about the <br /> building that was not readily available. We opted to use ADG given our work with them during 2011 <br /> as we tried to attract another tenant to the Bosch site. ADG built upon their previous work at the site <br /> and the attached letter dated 11/27/12 details the additional services they provided.
