Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:40 p.m. <br />2. Roll Call <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. John Oxian, Mr. Odell Newburn, Mr. F. Jay <br />Nimtz, Mrs. Martha Choitz, Mr. Charles Hayes, <br />Mrs. Gina DeLaruelle, Mrs. Joann Sporleder, Mrs. <br />Janeanne Petrass, Ms. Karen Kiemnec, and Ms. <br />Elizabeth Straw. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. Michael Beatty. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Ms. Jeanne Derbeck, South Bend Tribune Reporter, <br />Kevin Smith, Edgewater property owner, and Ms. Ann <br />Crumlish, Research Assistant. <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br />Mr. Nimtz made a motion to approve the minutes as sent; Mrs. Choitz <br />seconded; motion passed. <br />4. Treasurer's Report <br />Mrs. Choitz made a motion to approve the treasurer's report as sent; <br />Mrs. DeLaruelle seconded; motion passed. <br />5. Correspondence <br />a.
