Committee Reports <br />Mr. Nimtz made a motion to rearrange the order of the agenda in order to <br />accommodate Mr. Kevin Smith from Edgewater Place; Mrs. Choitz seconded; motion <br />passed. <br />a. Budget & Finance <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that the 1986 Community Development Budget <br />Process will be starting and that the County Budget will soon be <br />due. A meeting to review the 1986 Budget was scheduled for <br />Tuesday, June 25, at 12:00 noon. <br />b. Historic Districts <br />1) Riverside Drive Update <br />Mrs. Choitz reported that the Riverside Drive Historic <br />District Designation passed the Common Council on June 10 <br />unanimously. Ms. Kiemnec reported that a questionnaire is <br />being prepared to distribute in the district. The information <br />obtained will be compared to information which will be <br />solicited from a future questionnaire to determine the effects <br />of the district on the area. <br />2 <br />
