Same placed on file as no other property oNers had signed. <br />Matter of opening of Council Room for City Court Purposes discussed <br />and H. F.-Rostiser stated, that after holding a conference with the Mayor, and he <br />said he would leave this matter to the Board after lookin over the condition of <br />the City court room. The Board instructed the Clerk of the Board to notify <br />`Johnson not to Opel up the Council room for court purposes, and that they would <br />prohibit the use of .the Council room for same, and that the order of -Tuesday A. M, <br />stood, and that if he Johnson would open spid Couacilroom, he would be fired <br />(this last remark made by John F. De Haven); <br />'ey .r <br />
