In the matter of the Petition for the Widening of Ewing Avenue. ) The Pittsburg, Cixcinnati, Chicago & St. Louis Railroad Company, formerly the Vandalia Railroad Company _ley respectfully remonstrate a aixstt .the � etitiyn and proceeding, here i4 for -the widening o-Ewing venue, slparately on each oP the �ollowiag seprate gr oun s : , , 1st That the_cdst of widening said Ewin Avenue will exceed the benefits to be derived therefrom; 2ad. That there is no n cessity of public need for the widening of Ewing Avenue 5th. That the lands of this remonstrant are assessed no damages whilelands. East of this remonstrant owned by the International India Rubber Corporation, are awarded 1440.58 damages, and lands of the International India: Rubber Corporation West of this k emonmraut are awarded 442 95 damn es; the land of Mabel Lee Matthews is awarded 1 556.00 damages and he dot o A to J.
