These legal descriptions effect small slivers of the <br />Troeger site, which will be developed into 10 townhomes with river views. <br />The two pieces of right of way are: <br />• At the bend of Niles Ave near Jefferson, an easement is needed to allow an electrical <br />line that connects to the hydropower generator near the start of the East Race. <br />• South of this point, there is excess right of way that could be incorporated into the <br />larger tracts of land that make up the development at this site. <br />This proposal will: <br />• Prepare legal descriptions of both areas. <br />• Prepare right of way vacation application and meeting representation. <br />Costs associated with this proposal are $1,200 for right of way legal description preparation, <br />and $1,950 for the vacation application and meeting representation, for a total of $3,150. <br />Staff requests approval of this Professional Services Agreement in the amount of $3,150. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
