The <br />Synagogue is being renovated as part of the Coveleski Park improvements and the study is needed <br />to complete interior and exterior work. The total cost of the proposal is $1,800.00. <br />Also attached to the staff report is a proposal from Diamond Environmental Services, Inc., to <br />perform environmental remediation of Asbestos and Lead Based Paint from the synagogue facility. <br />The scope of work included in the document details many asbestos and paint locations within the <br />building and these hot spots must all be remediated before restoration can continue on the site. <br />The proposal amount for the work is $5,645.00. Wightman Petrie would provide oversight of the <br />work Diamond Environmental would do at the site. <br />Staff requests Commission approval for these proposals. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
