Their <br />past services have included the creation of websites, newsletters, collateral material, and press <br />releases among others to promote South Bend's technology initiatives. <br />The current BWG contact expires on February 28, 2012. The attached proposal for services is to <br />continue work on one key initiative- the SouthBendOn web site and e- newsletter for a period of <br />three months ending May 31, 2012. A scope of services is included in the attached. <br />Staff requests approval of attached contact for $7,500 per month plus an additional $1,000 to cover <br />additional communication support over these three months. The fees will be covered through the <br />AEDA TIF and will not exceed $23,500. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
