Although this piece of <br />property is small in size, there is potential for it to be a good development site. In order to explore <br />this potential, a survey is needed to help determine the size and accurate acreage of this lot. <br />Staff requests approval of the attached proposal by Danch, Harner & Associates in the amount of <br />$2,250. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
