Kendall Street, <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />Dear Mr. Kain: <br />January 6, 2012 <br />Please accept this letter as our written confirmation of the cost to prepare a standard <br />ALTA Survey for Lots "N" in the proposed Ignition Park Major Subdivision located in <br />the 1150 Block of South Kendall Street, South Bend, Indiana, which would be located <br />east of the Martin's Supermarket facility site. <br />The cost for the ALTA Survey would be $ 2,250. <br />If this proposal is acceptable, we will require the final Title work for the property <br />along with copies of all easements shown on the Title work.
