Seven of these properties have <br />houses of varying sizes, with the remaining two having smaller commercial buildings. <br />Before demolition specs can be written for these properties, an asbestos inspection report <br />must be completed for each of them. <br />On April 12, 2011, the Commission approved 41 properties to have asbestos reports <br />completed. Because of nearby houses not yet under Commission ownership, only 24 of <br />these properties were chosen for demolition. It is anticipated that once these asbestos <br />reports are completed, most of the remaining 26 structures will be bid out for demolition. <br />Grauvogel & Associates, who completed asbestos reports for many of the original 41 <br />properties, provided a proposal for the nine remaining properties, in the amount of $2,930. <br />Staff requests approval of this Professional Services Agreements with Grauvogel & <br />Associates. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
