The study will <br />investigate maximum building square footage for the sites and develop schematic building designs. This <br />information will be valuable to staff while engaging in discussions with private developers and interested <br />parties about the highest and best use of these development parcels. <br />The attached proposal by Kil Architecture & Planning further outlines the scope of work for this study.
