The building was acquired by the Commission and is <br />presently being used for storage related to Coveleski Stadium and grounds. It is planned that the <br />building will be used for permanent facility storage and the exterior painting project, and site <br />improvements related to the larger adjacent parking area, will incorporate the Richey's building into <br />the Coveleski Park campus. <br />The proposal is in the amount of $12,698.00 and staff requests a not -to- exceed amount of <br />$15,000.00 to cover unforeseen expenses related to painting the structure. <br />Staff requests favorable Commission approval of this proposal. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
