Power -wash all four CMU walls. <br />b. Perform minor grout & caulk repairs. <br />c. Apply Sherwin - Williams Loxon Block Surfacer to all bare CMU (south & east <br />elevations). <br />d. Apply two (2) coats of Sherwin - Williams Loxon AP (waterproofing system) to all CMU <br />walls. <br />e. Grind and repaint all steel lintels at doors and windows. <br />f. Prep & repaint HM doors & frames (exterior side). <br />g. Prep & repaint steel overhead door (exterior side). <br />h. Prep & repaint wood window (south elevation). <br />I. Prep & repaint utilities piping, etc. (south elevation). <br />Clarifications: <br />a. Excludes metal roof and gable siding. <br />b.
