Sample St. This building is next to Ivy <br />Tech's administrative offices at 250 East Sample Street. <br />This work has now been completed, and the project, including new sidewalks on the west <br />side of Carroll Street, and on Sample from Carroll to the western edge of Ivy Tech's <br />property line, has been quoted and the winning contractor selected. <br />The next step in this process is to have construction oversight, to insure the work being <br />done meets City standards. Since CBE has been involved with this project, they are the <br />logical choice to do the construction oversight. <br />The attached Professional Services Agreement from CBE will provide the necessary <br />demolition / construction oversight for both the demolition of the cement block building this <br />fall, and the installation of new curb, sidewalks, approaches, and tree lawns this coming <br />spring. <br />Total project services cost for this work is $15,300. <br />Staff requests approval of this Professional Services Agreement, to allow this work to begin, <br />and to complete the transformation of this section of East Sample Street. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
