Sample St. This building is next to Ivy <br />Tech's administrative offices at 250 E. Sample St. <br />In planning for the demolition of 236 E. Sample and the new fagade that was put on 250 E. <br />Sample (the ITOSS building), it has been determined that new sidewalk, curbing, and tree <br />lawn would fully complete the project. <br />The attached Professional Services Agreement Amendment from CBE will provide the <br />necessary topographic survey and design services to bid out this work. <br />Total project services cost for this additional work is $3,803. <br />Staff requests approval of this Professional Services Amendment, to allow for this work to <br />be done, to complete the transformation of this section of E.
