ADG was involved in
the original design of the building, and staff feels they are the natural choice for any
redesign that may be needed for potential future users.
Anticipated consulting services are included as bullet points in the attached proposal. Main
items ADG would provide are identifying the building's strengths /weaknesses for its reuse;
as potential uses are identified, assessing what would need to be done to accommodate
them; suggest possible reuses, etc.
Staff requests approval of this proposal in a not to exceed amount of $50,000.
What We Do Today Makes A Difference!
