When we were purchasing properties in this block <br />area a couple of years ago, we had boundary and parcel surveys completed but opted to <br />hold on the topographic survey until our planning got a little farther along. As part of the <br />final stages of the "inside the fence & outside the fence" design work being completed for <br />the Coveleski Stadium Block, we need to complete a topographic survey so that we can <br />better finalize concepts and design. A map of the work area is attached to the proposal. <br />The proposal for survey services Is $11,550.00 and staff would request snot-to-exceed <br />amount of $13,000.00 to complete this work.
