~EC~~vE~ <br />4PR 15 ~n1n <br />April 14, 2010 <br />Department of Community 8 <br />Economic Development <br />City of South Bend <br />227 West Jefferson Blvd., Suite 1200 <br />South Bend, I N 46601 <br />Attention: Mr. Bill Schalliol <br />RE: TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY FOR COVELESKI STADIUM BLOCK, SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA <br />Dear Bill: <br />Thank you for the opportunity to present our proposal for surveying for the above referenced project. <br />We have appreciated being able to be of service to you in the past and hope that we can assist you <br />with this project. <br />We have reviewed the documentation and files you provided to us and offer the following proposal. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Topographic survey shall include the following: <br />• Horizontal and vertical datum will be based upon the same datum as prior work for the City <br />in this corridor. <br />• Data collection of existing buildings and topographic features within the boundaries of the <br />parcel. <br />• Site limits for the topographic survey will be: the centerline of Lafayette Blvd., the centerline <br />of Western Ave., the centerline of W. South St. and the centerline of S. Taylor St. <br />• The parcels located in the northwest corner of the block will not be included in this survey. <br />Limitations: <br />• Invert measurements made on storm and sanitary structures will be made from above ground <br />only, utilizing methods that do not require confined space entry apparatus, such as ventilation <br />and extraction equipment. <br /> <br />412 S.
