SWEARING IN OF COMMISSIONERS <br />Ms. Jones noted that the Common Council has not <br />made its 2010 appointments to the Commission. <br />The Mayor has reappointed Ms. Nancy King, Mr. <br />Gregory Downes, Mr. Donald Alford, Sr., and Ms. <br />Stephanie Spivey to serve in 2010. Mr. John <br />Voorde, City Clerk, administered the oath of <br />office to the Mayoral Appointees who were <br />present at the meeting: Ms. Nancy King and Mr. <br />Gregory S. Downes. <br />SWEARING IN OF COMMISSIONERS BY JOHN <br />VOORDE, CITY CLERK <br />Commissioner Spivey and Commissioner Varner <br />will be sworn at another time. <br />Since Commissioners serve until they resign or a <br />new Commissioner is named to replace them, Ms. <br />Jones and Mr. Varner will continue to serve until <br />the Common Council makes its appointments. <br />
