Rear window openings and balcony exits are <br />appropriate for apartment buildings of this era and style. Based on the <br />information provided prior to this public hearing, Staff make an <br />UNFAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION. <br />The applicant was represented by: <br />Eric Ford, 709 Lincolnway East <br />Mr. Ford: "Essentially the improper drainage by previous owners had <br />rendered weather damage inside that wall and windows.
