After thorough
inspection of the windows, Staff do not see that a significant percentage
of the original material needs to be replaced, has degraded, or is beyond
repair. Staffs recommendation is to locate a craftsman to "tune up" the
windows to address unevenly meeting rails and locks and/or replace the
existing vinyl storm windows. Based on the information provided prior to
this public hearing, Staff makes an UNFAVORABLE
RECOMMENDATION.
The applicant was represented by:
A CERTIFIED LOCAL GOVERNMENT ROSS VAN OVERBERGHE
OF THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE HISTORIC PRESERVATION ADMINISTRATOR
EXCELLENCE ACCOUNTABILITY INNOVATION INCLUSION EMPOWERMENT
1400S County -City Building 227 W.
