After thorough <br />inspection of the windows, Staff do not see that a significant percentage <br />of the original material needs to be replaced, has degraded, or is beyond <br />repair. Staffs recommendation is to locate a craftsman to "tune up" the <br />windows to address unevenly meeting rails and locks and/or replace the <br />existing vinyl storm windows.
