<br />Board met in regular session at 7-I5 P. Y. All members present.
<br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following improvement
<br />resolutions:
<br />. Pavement on the fourth alley east of T?ich.igan Street from Ohio to
<br />Keasey Street under Improvement Resolution No.1738.
<br />Pavement on Twenty Second Street from the South Line of Lots 65 and 66 in
<br />Jefferson Heights Addition to the North line of T,�cKinley !,.venue, under Improvement
<br />resolution Yo.I742.

<br />in all of the above matters, no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrance.

<br />to the properties liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimate(
<br />cost ,of mn.e as reported by the City ngineer, and thereupon takes final action on said
<br />resolutions, declaring same in all things things ratified, confirmed and approved.

<br />resolutions No.I740, the Board hereby orders that bids for sa±d improvements will be I
<br />received at the office of the Board up to the hour of I0:00 A. T.T., on the morning of
<br />October I9th., I926. Board further orders that notices of said proposals be published
<br />on the 8th., day of. October and on the I5th., day of October in the News Times and �
<br />Tribune.

<br />sub trunk sewer on Huronend =:rthony Street under InDrovenent Resolution No.I542.
<br />IIn the above matter, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance
<br />was filed and being fully advised in the matter, the Board finds that all lots r_d
<br />tracts of land. have been benefitsed in the amounts as shown on said roll, fl ed aebteniber
<br />2Ist., I926, and therefore, declares said roll in all things ratified, confirmed and
<br />approved and the proceedings closed.
<br />This being the date set, continued hearin was had on the pavement improve
<br />I ment resolution Uo.I292 for the pavement of City Hall ourt.
<br />In the above matter remonstrators appeared and v.,ritten .remonstrances were
<br />filed by the following property owners:

<br />declares said roll in all things ratified, confirmed end approved and the proceedings
<br />closed.

<br />On all of the above assessment rolls, all of the property owners had
<br />waived all right to object to thy irregularity in the manner in which said proceedings
<br />have been conducted, and the Board finds that all of the lots and tracts of land
<br />have been benefited in the amounts as shown on said rolls and therefore, declares
<br />said rolls, filed October 6th., I926, in all things ratified, confirmed and approved
<br />and the proceedings closed.
