<br />finds that a'strip of the Pennsylvania Railway Cots right of way, 909'feet long and
<br />99 feet wide, extending easterly from -the western boundary of the assessed district
<br />is -not benefited by the construction of the 36 inch sub -trunk sewer. Accordingly the
<br />above area is relieved from the -indirect assessment. Computation as follows:
