This being the date set, c ont inued hearing was had on Vacation Resolutio No.2276 for the Vacation of the alley east of Sunnysic_e Avenue from Sorin Street to north line of alley south of Sorin Street. (See files for copy of resolution.) In the above named vacation resolution, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed and the .hoard, therefore, decides to take final actin on said Vacation resolution ho.2276 and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed are approved and the alley vacated. The Board nau orders that a. list or roll be prepared of all owners and holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken or to be of fec it ed by said vacation, which list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially i affected by such.. vacation. In the above named assessment roll, the Board. decides to continue hearin until December 3rtd., 19299 to allow the contractor time in which to make satisfactory arrangement with some property owners on whose lots the dirt was put.
