APPROVAL OF CLAIMS (CONT.) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />619 BLACKTHORN GOLF COURSE <br />OPERATIONS <br />Meadowbrook Golf Group, Inc. 8,000.00 Management Fee <br /> <br /> <br /> $ 430,438.06 <br /> <br /> <br />CC <br />Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by Mr. Alford <br />OMMISSION APPROVED THE LAIMS <br />S18,2009, <br />SUBMITTED EPTEMBER AND ORDERED <br />and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the <br /> <br />THE CHECKS TO BE RELEASED <br />Claims submitted September 18, 2009, and ordered <br />checks to be released. <br /> <br /> <br />4. We <br />appreciate the recognition of the work we have done to <br />remove it from the blight and barrier to development <br />categories and make it an asset recognized by both you <br />and local developers. We will now be able to increase <br />investments into the building, making it more attractive, <br />function more efficiently, and expand our programs. <br /> <br />This year we have participated in South Bend’s “First <br />Fridays,” “Spring Art Walk,” and the “Jazzed About <br />th <br />Art” fundraiser for breast cancer, had our 4 “Summer <br />Studio” for talented high school students, offered space <br />for Fiddlers Hearth to create their St. Patrick’s Day <br />float, had lectures by artists Dick Lehman, John <br />Mishler, and Tuck Langland.
