We <br />appreciate the recognition of the work we have done to <br />remove it from the blight and barrier to development <br />categories and make it an asset recognized by both you <br />and local developers. We will now be able to increase <br />investments into the building, making it more attractive, <br />function more efficiently, and expand our programs. <br /> <br />This year we have participated in South Bend’s “First <br />Fridays,” “Spring Art Walk,” and the “Jazzed About <br />th <br />Art” fundraiser for breast cancer, had our 4 “Summer <br />Studio” for talented high school students, offered space <br />for Fiddlers Hearth to create their St. Patrick’s Day <br />float, had lectures by artists Dick Lehman, John <br />Mishler, and Tuck Langland.
