PARENT, Mayor <br />COUNTY -CITY BUILDING SOUTH BEND, INDIANA 46601 <br />March 9, 1981 <br />Common Council <br />County -City Building <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />Dear Council Members: <br />219/284.9412 <br />1 <br />Approval of the application of Steve and Gene's Auto <br />Truck Salvage, 3109 South Gertrude Street, is again being <br />submitted to the Common Council. <br />In accordance with the wishes of the Council, re- <br />inspections of the property were made by the Neighborhood <br />Code Enforcement Office and the Fire Prevention Bureau. <br />Copies of the inspection reports are enclosed as required by <br />Ordinance No. 6894 -81, passed by the Common Council on <br />February 23, 1981. <br />The Board of Public Works approved the issuance of <br />the license for Steve and Gene's on March 9, 1981, based <br />upon the favorable review of the Neighborhood Code Enforcement <br />Office and the Fire Prevention Bureau.
