Bill No. 54-09 <br />This bill also a substitute, as explained by Christa Nayder from the APC staff, would <br />change the approval process for changes to a (PUD) Planned Unit Development. <br />Questions from Council Members Varner and Puzzello focused on who would have the <br />authority to distinguish differences between minor and major changes to a PUD as well <br />as where the authority to approve changes would reside. Not satisfied with the apparent <br />diminishment of Council authority Council Member Varner suggested in the form of a <br />motion seconded by Council Member Oliver J. Davis, the bill be continued until the <br />meeting on October 12, 2009.
