Chamberlin, 574 -532 -5242, <br />j chamber@southbendin. gov <br />Todd Howard, SBACC <br />Stephanie Steele, Attorney <br />Earnest calls meeting to order @ 6:30 p.m. <br />Minutes: <br />Motion to accept minutes from 4/5/16, 1st- Barb, 2nd- Becky, 4 ayes <br />New Business: <br />-May 21St dog days parade, 2 floats to decorate, also participating in west side parade <br />-Todd announces a memorial service for sbacc officer Randy Highlander from 5 -8pm at the <br />Palmer Funeral Home- donations are going to SBACC <br />-Kitten and puppy season <br />- Resident cat, gunshot dog, 2 dogs hit by cars, need medical funding and fostering <br />-Betsy asks Todd about parvo cases <br />-no not yet, today was our first <br />Motion to adjourn regular meeting 1St Becky 2nd Emily, 6:45 p.m. <br />Hearing: <br />Case #1: Ashley Kendall, not present <br />VS <br />The City of South Bend, Stephanie Steele <br />SBACC: Officer Singleton posted a notice on the 29th of April, followed up a couple days later <br />and saw the notice was gone. <br />
