Aladean DeRose, Legal Department with offices on the 12" Floor of the County -City Building, <br />served as the presenter and petitioner for this bill. This ordinance would essentially encapsulate <br />what the ADA requires, that there is five (5) feet between an outside barrier and table. Adding <br />this to our ordinance gives us the enforcement power through our licensing to remind the <br />restaurants that the space needs to be maintained. <br />No one from the public spoke either in favor of or in opposition to the bill. <br />Due to a lack of quorum no recommendation was given by the Committee. <br />With no further business before the Committee, Committee Chair Jo M.
